Job DescriptionThis role is primarily focused on the Inspections Systems for the TAVS (Turbine Airfoils) and Additive Part Families. This includes the Digital Operations, and the related applications, infrastructure and support. Key Responsibilities are:
- Responsible for supporting and maintaining multiple user and customer-facing applications and related data processing platforms and services.
- Responsible for ensuring the user-facing business applications are consistently available and are highly performant meeting customer needs.
- Responsible for executing a component/s of a domain, product, program, or pod
- Influence PBs on their decisions.
- Implement a roadmap.
- Partner with users and product team to understand their application product operational needs; translate these into a support model.
- Tracks KPIs.
- Communicate operational status to users and leadership.
Education Requirements:Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 2 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 5 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 7 years of professional experience
