Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of application development experience
• Background in financial institutions or wealth management
• Hands-on experience with the Charles River API Framework—both frontend and backend
• Advanced SQL skills for complex queries and performance tuning
• Proficiency in Java or C# for integration support
• Experience with REST API integration, testing, and troubleshooting
• 3+ years of CRD Implementation/Customization experience, especially with Workbench configuration
• Knowledge of portfolio optimization concepts and optimization tools such as Axioma and OMET/Gap Point.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete delivery process for CRD enhancements, from requirements to ongoing support
• Configure layouts, workflows, and rules in Manager Workbench or Central Workbench
• Work directly with the Charles River API Framework on UI and backend integrations
• Create and manage integration workflows using REST APIs and messaging frameworks
• Utilize knowledge of portfolio optimization concepts in daily operations
• Collaborate with Portfolio Engineering teams to enhance CRD optimization workflows
• Ensure the CRD system is operational and stable, particularly at Start-of-Day
• Translate requirements into detailed specifications, user stories, and documentation.
