The Opportunity
Smurfit WestRock has embarked on an ERP Modernization project for its NA Consumer division. It will be
a multi-year program aligned to goals to become the world's best paper and packaging company. The IT
Implementation Analyst is a part of our Consumer NA IT team responsible for deploying the ePS
Packaging Suite software and associated programs needed to run production facilities.
This role will serve as a trusted partner, advisor and thought leader on the future state technology
landscape (ERP and legacy systems environment), and systems implementation.
This position will be part of the Implementation team responsible for successful implementation of new
systems and processes associated with the ERP modernization.

Title: IT Implementation Analyst -
How you will impact Smurfit WestRock:
• Provide expert knowledge for modules of the ePS Packaging Suite (Radius) and associated valueadded
products forming the ERP standard template.
• Perform detailed discovery activity in coordination with implementation teams to support the rapid rollout.
• Document detailed requirements, identify and develop solutions, test, and document the solutions, and
provide clear guidance on plant requirements to the implementation teams.
• Proactively identify opportunities within current and upcoming technologies / software released to
enhance the user experience, process efficiency, and develop the application stack.
• Deliver system implementation activities across discovery, system walkthrough, design, training,
testing, cutover, and hypercare phases, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Collaborate on data cleansing and migration efforts, working closely with Data Analysts.
• Evaluate and document system enhancement requests, partnering with stakeholders to assess fit
within the standard model and recommend best practices.
• Support change management and technology adoption, providing coaching and guidance.
• Monitor post-implementation performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.
What you need to succeed:
• 3+ years of implementing systems or experience in process change management in an operational
environment.
• Working knowledge of systems and processes of packing industry is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of ePS Packaging suite/Radius is preferred.
• Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical
audiences.
• Effective leader of change.
• Must be able to travel up to 50% as required.
