Role Overview:This role involves leading the implementation and support of Symphony GOLD Supply Chain solutions, focusing on designing and managing integrations across various enterprise platforms. The specialist will also support and integrate Master Data Management (MDM) systems and enable analytics and reporting for financial, operational, and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the implementation and support of Symphony GOLD Supply Chain solutions.
- Design and manage integrations across enterprise platforms such as ERP, WMS, OMS, and planning tools (e.g., Relex Solutions).
- Support and integrate with key platforms such as Master Data Management (MDM) systems covering items, locations, vendors, and hierarchies.
- Enable and support analytics and reporting (financial, operational, and performance metrics).
Required Skills:- Strong hands-on experience in Symphony GOLD Supply Chain systems implementation and support engagements.
- In-depth understanding of retail merchandising and supply chain processes, including order management, replenishment, allocation, pricing, promotion management, inventory lifecycle, and forecasting.
- Experience with Relex Solutions, MDM platforms, and vendor collaboration tools.
- Expertise in system integration (APIs, middleware, batch/event-based processing).
- Experience in any programming languages and SQL.
- Strong knowledge of data models, master data, and retail hierarchies.
- Proven experience in large-scale retail or supply chain transformation programs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern data architectures.
- Exposure to analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Qualifications:- 8-10+ years of relevant experience.
