Act as the strategic lead across digital merchandising and conversion optimization initiatives, ensuring alignment to revenue growth and business objectives
Own and manage the team’s roadmap and prioritization framework, balancing impact, effort, and timing across competing initiatives
Partner with merchandising and digital experience analysts to guide day-to-day execution, providing direction, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality outcomes
Identify and size revenue growth opportunities across the user journey, including product discovery, PDP performance, and checkout funnel optimization
Synthesize data from multiple sources (merchandising, conversion, traffic, and customer behavior) to develop actionable insights and inform strategic decisions
Establish and track key performance indicators across merchandising and conversion, ensuring efforts are aligned to measurable business impact
Facilitate cross-functional alignment with marketing, product, UX/design, and IT teams to ensure initiatives are properly scoped, prioritized, and executed
Lead planning and intake processes for new requests, ensuring work is aligned to business priorities and team capacity
Oversee execution of key initiatives, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and deliverables are clearly defined and met
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on performance, roadmap progress, and impact of key initiatives
Identify gaps in processes, tools, or capabilities and recommend improvements to increase team effectiveness and efficiency
Act as a thought partner to leadership, contributing to strategic planning and long-term digital growth initiatives
Help oversee SEO optimization efforts across the site, identifying and executing highimpact initiatives that expand organic search visibility
Support the Senior Manager in leading cross-channel collaboration across SEO, Brand, Paid Media, and CRM, ensuring alignment on strategy, execution, and performance
Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams
Protect Chamberlain Groups reputation by keeping information confidential
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed
The pay range for this position is $85,500.00 - $139,350.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
