  • Responsible for analyzing and managing various inputs to the Reliability Program to ensure currency with all mandated requirements. In addition, this job analyzes and reviews those program inputs to identify areas of improvement and operational reliability


What you'll do

  • Identify and process Service Difficulty Reports (SDRs) to ensure company compliance with FAA 96-hour submittal requirement
  • Aid in Corrosion Prevention and Control Program and Major Repair Reliability evaluation and reporting
  • Assist in identifying and entering events into the various Tech Ops databases
  • Complete analysis of aircraft performance data each month to identify aircraft system trends
  • Interface with multiple computer programs or software to manage daily work and task execution
  • Assist with ad-hoc analysis as needed


All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training (may include A&P license or military service)
  • 3 years of related experience
  • Aviation experience

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
  • Knowledge of functional area and maintenance applications such as SAFE, APC, LMO, SCEPTRE, etc.
  • Ability to collect/manage data from disparate sources into a comprehensive view of a business problem
  • Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs)
    • Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) policies
    • Original equipment manufacturer documentation
    • Corrosion Prevention and Control Program
    • Service Difficulty Reports
    • Aircraft structural knowledge


Skills, Licenses & Certifications
  • Demonstrated aptitude for logical analysis, problem identification, and problem solving as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels within the organization
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at the same time
