Expected salary range of $113,400 to $126,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
Primary Purpose of Position Direct management of O&M and capital costs through financial planning and budgeting for Outage Services. Develops long-range financial plan and budget for individual departments: Reactor, Turbine, and NDE Services. Responsible for monthly financial closing processes, providing all assigned internal reporting to Outage Services management, monitor spending and report on approved projects, and performing outage cost reporting. Utilizes various software applications: EPS, PeopleSoft, LRP tools, and Passport.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities- Assists in resource profiling for outage and unique projects
- Provides support for annual business planning and budgeting
- Provides financial support to Outage Services individual departments for monthly budgeting
- Develops accurate forecasting of budgets versus actual and cost adherence
- Maintains monthly and weekly financial closure forecasts and actuals
- Provides support in special projects, as required
- All other job assignments and/or duties pursuant to company policy or as directed by management to include but not limited to: (positions outside of department in support of outage activities etc.)
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in business or a technical discipline with 5 years of related experience OR
- Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license with 5 years of related experience OR
- Associate's degree in business or a technical discipline with 7 years of related experience OR
- High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience
- Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties.
Preferred Qualifications- Project Management Certification
- 2-years experience in project management
- Proficient use in EPS, Business Objects, HRPC, AS9 and Microsoft Office applications
- Advanced use of Excel
