  • Integration & IT Collaboration: Partner with IT to define integration requirements with ERP and PLM systems, coordinate system updates, testing, and enhancements while ensuring business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions.
  • Secure Area Support: Provide dedicated MES support in restricted/closed secure manufacturing areas, including compliance with security protocols, access management, and ensuring system availability in controlled environments. To support/assist in the iBase-t Solumina MES deployments in the closed areas.

  • Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Develop and analyze key performance reports (throughput, WIP, quality metrics) to drive root-cause analysis, performance monitoring, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Change Management & Documentation: Lead change-management activities for new MES functionality, configurations, and process changes; author and maintain detailed functional specifications, process flows, test scenarios, and user-acceptance documentation.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure all MES solutions meet regulatory, quality, security, and traceability requirements in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal manufacturing teams, cross-functional partners, and external vendors to align MES solutions with evolving business needs.
