Position: Senior Analyst, Medical Economics

The Senior Analyst, Medical Economics Trend Analytics is a key role focused on developing and executing a robust performance management process at both the client and operational reporting levels. This position aims to identify medical cost trends and actionable opportunities that impact savings performance, as well as to monitor performance against underwriting targets to identify gaps, recommend actions, and assess financial impacts. By delivering actionable insights, this role ensures our fast-growing organization continues to excel. The role involves collaborating across various teams including Actuarial, Medical Economics, Clinical, Operations, Data Reporting, and Data Engineering to implement and measure strategic actions based on analytical insights.
