In this highly cross-functional role, you'll partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to ensure planning processes are executed consistently, governance standards are maintained, and business decisions are supported by accurate information and disciplined processes. You'll help build planning capabilities that improve collaboration, strengthen decision making, and support Ferrara's continued growth.
Ways you will make a difference - Coordinate and manage Ferrara's monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) governance process, including meeting preparation, decision tracking, and action follow-up.
- Maintain and continuously improve IBP governance standards, documentation, policies, and operating procedures.
- Monitor compliance with established planning processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to implement process enhancements and best practices.
- Develop training materials and support capability-building initiatives that strengthen organizational adoption of IBP standards.
- Prepare executive reports, governance communications, dashboards, and performance summaries that enable informed business decisions.
- Support ongoing planning transformation initiatives and help advance Ferrara's IBP maturity.
- Develop governance scorecards and process compliance metrics to measure planning effectiveness and adoption.
- Support KPI reporting, executive dashboards, and business performance reviews
- Analyze planning process performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service, inventory, and forecast accuracy
- Support change management, training, and communications related to IBP process enhancements.

Experiences that will support your success - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Operations, Project Management, or related functions.
- Experience supporting cross-functional planning processes.
- Experience creating process documentation, governance standards, or business reporting.
- Experience working in a consumer packaged goods (CPG) or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes is preferred.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP IBP Fiori Applications, etc.) preferred
- Strong analytical and process improvement capabilities

Compensation The salary range for this role is $ 81,225 - $ 113,715 annually.
