Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Finance, Services, the Senior Analyst, Finance, Services will lead cross-functional efforts to manage RBI's Services groups, partnering with the CPSO and their direct reports.
RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week.
Responsibilities:
Reporting:
- Lead Service G&A and Capex by providing monthly, quarterly, annual and long-range budget/forecast
- Own G&A and Capex variance analysis comparing actual results to budgets/forecasts and prior year results for internal reporting
- Present G&A and Capex monthly results to business owners. Responsible for ensuring accuracy and timeliness of content
- Present to senior leadership G&A and Capex results on a monthly basis
Financial Analysis:
- Provide ad hoc support and financial modeling for various projects, producing actionable insights
- Introduce meaningful analytical models for cross-functional leadership team, identifying opportunities to help guide the CPSO strategic direction
Invoice Processing:
- Collaborate with expense owners to create and manage purchase orders in Coupa
- Reconcile existing purchase orders with internal Global Business Partners team by working with vendors to clear existing accounts/ invoices
- Process invoices for payment within contractual payment terms
- Communicate organized and accurate statuses of payments and purchase orders to internal teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineers, Math, Finance, Business, or related field
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Onestream /SAP/Coupa knowledge is preferred
- Minimum 3 years finance/ accounting relevant professional experience
- Self-started with a positive attitude and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
The expected salary range is $80,000 - $95,000CAD. Base salary for this position may vary based on relevant factors such as experience, education, location, and skills.
This position is eligible to participate in the Company's annual discretionary bonus plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the incentive program, based on individual and company performance metrics. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity grants pursuant to the Company's long-term incentive plan.
