Responsibilities:
The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive.
Assist in managing the successful completion of data migration project from a SQL to EDW environment which includes: maintaining documentation of ROPs owned data, leading delivery of requirements, prioritization of data needs, QA and UAT support, and post implementation support.
Independently lead the collection and maintenance of data documentation while ensuring a high level of data quality based on regulatory and enterprise standards, and ensuring ongoing data compliance and security.
Able to synthesize & represent business needs and priorities to IT stakeholders, effectively manage conversations on trade-offs and/or roadblocks with both business and IT stakeholders.
Continually assess opportunities and effectiveness of the data strategy
Proactively identify changing business needs to make recommendations on improving data management processes and long-term strategy plan.
Maintain alignment with key business partners to ensure the data strategy is well integrated into existing operations and aligns with the company strategic initiatives.
Strong collaboration with revenue operations centralized analytics teams to ensure data architecture is meeting the reporting and analytical needs of the business.

Qualifications:
2+ years of relevant experience in an analytical, project management, or strategic support role
SDLC experience a plus
Bachelor’s degree in related field of study required; graduate degree a plus
Experience with writing SQL queries (MS SQL Server, PLSQL/Oracle, Netezza)
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required
MS Access, Tableau, VBA, R, Python skills preferred
Ability to dissect a problem into an organized approach and quickly form a hypothesis against which to run analyses
Strong sense of accountability; passion for owning projects and driving them to completion
Aptitude for seeing the big picture in addition to important nuances
Ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple, easily digestible manner to a range of audiences
Experience working with visualization tools (Cognos, Tableau etc) or data movement (ETL Tools) preferred

The Salary Range for the role is $85,000.00 - $118,000.00 per year.
If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $66,300.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $66,300.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $62,353.20/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $17.00/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $17.00/hour, Remainder of New York state: $16.00/hour
Washington Exempt: $80,168.40/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $19.13/hour, Burien: $21.71/hour, Everette: $20.77/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.82/hour, Renton: $21.57/hour, Seattle: $21.30/hour, Tukwila: $21.65/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $17.13/hour
