Senior Management Analyst - Springfield, VA
Role and Responsibilities The Senior Management Analyst shall design, develop, test, and implement the DASC tool in support of OBIM's mission. The DASC tool shall provide a secure, user-friendly, web-based interface for the configuration, management, and visualization of business rules governing data access and security controls within the Automated Biometric Identification System (IDENT) or any subsequent replacement identity management system. The Senior Management Analyst responsibilities shall include requirements analysis, system architecture and design, software development, integration with existing OBIM infrastructure, user interface development, and the implementation of robust security and access controls. The Senior Management Analyst shall conduct comprehensive testing-including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing-in both non-production and production environments, ensuring compliance with all functional and non-functional requirements as defined in the DASC tool Capability Requirements Document (CRD). The Senior Management Analyst shall also provide deployment support, user training, technical documentation, and ongoing maintenance during the initial implementation period to ensure successful operationalization of the DASC tool.
- Serves as the lead for all biometric subsystem security activities, ensuring compliance with Federal regulations and DHS policy.
- The Senior Management Analyst shall have in-depth knowledge/expertise with the federal and department security requirements or equivalent processes for compliance, certification and accreditation, vulnerability scanning and remediation, contingency planning, and interface connection documentation.
- The minimal qualifications are over 8 years' relevant security experience, preferably with large-scale information technology and database systems comprised of a multi-tier architecture and the integration of highly complex commercial software products and custom code.
