Position SummaryThe Senior Analyst, Corporate Finance supports Adaptive Health's financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities, providing insight into business performance and helping inform strategic decision-making. Reporting to the Director of Financial Reporting this role works cross-functionally to support budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and capital allocation across the company's multi-brand portfolio.
Essential Functions- Build and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, and long-range planning.
- Consolidate and review P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow performance across brands and business units.
- Perform corporate finance analysis including cash flow forecasting, variance analysis, and covenant scenario modeling.
- Support G&A reviews by identifying cost drivers, trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
- Prepare financial analyses and materials for senior leadership and board-level discussions.
- Analyze sales performance, margins, and profitability to support capital allocation decisions.
- Support annual budgeting and reforecasting processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Interpret financial results in a broader strategic context and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Partner with Accounting, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other teams on planning and analysis.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis related to investment opportunities, strategic initiatives, and cost structure optimization.
- Contribute to the improvement of financial reporting processes, tools, and analytical frameworks.
Education and Experience Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, or a similarly analytical role.
- Experience within consumer goods, wellness, CPG, or a related industry.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate financial insights.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with FP&A, planning, or financial reporting software.
- Exposure to senior leadership or board-level reporting.
- Experience in high-growth, multi-brand, or private-equity-backed organizations.
- MBA, CFA, or progress toward an advanced finance credential.
- Strong business judgment and interest in strategic finance and capital allocation.
