Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in content security, business analysis, project management, or consulting.
• Experience in documenting workflows and managing project deliverables with minimal oversight.
• Background in the media & entertainment industry is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills to distill complex findings into clear deliverables.
• Highly organized and attentive to detail, effective in tracking multiple projects.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying key success drivers through data analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with workflow tools like Visio.

Responsibilities

• Document end-to-end content lifecycles across various business units.
• Create detailed workflow diagrams to highlight inefficiencies and risks.
• Draft and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for cross-functional alignment.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for content security initiatives.
• Build dashboards and project trackers for transparency in reporting.
• Quantify risks and provide data-driven recommendations for leadership.
• Interface with stakeholders to gather input and communicate workflow risks.
