The pay range is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00

As anSr. Analyst, Compliance (Business Partner Experience) Supplier Performance Management, you'll help to rollout new or update existing operational compliance programs to drive BP  Operational Excellence across the enterprise . Youll strengthen existing, and create new, internal partnerships to drive excitement and adoption of new standards and processes.  You will understand all the Business Partner-facing standards and ensure all external resources are clear and concise. You will influence future tech platforms to improve ease of use for internal and external users.  You will also analyze all operational compliance fines and fees to understand the aggregate impact to Business Partners and recommend changes over time based on internal impact and external benchmarking. As Target continues to transform, this role is critical to developing new capabilities across operations and merchandising that will lead to improved Business Partner Experiences.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in rolling out the new Business Partner Operations Excellence program to the enterprise, including driving improvements to training, requirements, and compliance processes

  • Act as an enterprise consultant for internal teams looking to collect compliance fines from business partners

  • Gather and analyze external benchmarking data and internal compliance income data

  • Document and drive prioritization of top technical needs for internal and external users that will enhance the Business Partner Experience

About You:

  • Four year degree or equivalent experience, preferably in supply chain, business management, or communications

  • 2+ years experience in supply chain, inventory management, sourcing, business partner compliance, merchandising, or relevant industry experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to explain complex processes or problems succinctly

  • Ability to create and drive new processes through strong internal partnerships

  • Ability to analyze and synthesize data using Excel and/or similar programs

  • Able to flex schedule to assist partners across international time zones as needed

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Targets needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team members core rolewill need to beperformedboth onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned toandvirtually,depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
