A Typical Day

The Senior Analyst will perform day-to-day, loan-level and commitment-level transactions, demonstrating superior knowledge of systems, processes, departments, policies and procedures, to ensure commitments are settled accurately and timely with respect to all commitment parameters. The senior analyst may mentor and provide guidance for a small team of associates and will also serve as a key management liaison for the transaction management team.

The Senior Analyst, CDL Transaction Management will:
  • Demonstrate fluency in execution of more complex transactions (e.g. lock, extension, update, re-lock, renegotiation, cancellation, price inquiries, price updates, pre- and post-closing price adjustments, disclosures, and changes in circumstance)
  • Execute daily reporting routine to validate integrity of commitment pricing and parameters
  • Serve as subject matter expert to handle escalated inquiries and issues with respect to the CDL portal and Loan Origination System, related to all pricing mechanics and pricing related setup
  • Liaise with clients and business partners (including: credit, capital markets, sales, post purchase, accounting and various groups across fulfillment) to ensure accuracy of pricing
  • Identify and document gaps or concerns related to systems, processes, or behavior (client and/or business partners) to be reviewed by the pricing manager
  • Collaborate on process improvement, focusing on efficiency and policy adherence
  • Conduct research as instructed by pricing manager
  • Assist with development of analysts
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
  • Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role

  • Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role


Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
