Full Job Description
Primary Focus:

Lead design and implementation of infrastructure automation and observability (provisioning, configuration, validation, and operational workflows).

Key Technical Skills:
  • Observability: Observability platforms and collection frameworks (OTEL, Fluentbit, Grafana, Dynatrace, Splunk)
  • Data: Python (data analysis), dashboard development (Performance, KPI, SLI), observability pipelines (Fluentbit, OpenTelemetry, Cribl, Kafka, Vector)
  • Infrastructure-as-Code: NetBox, Git/YAML, version control, collector fleet management
  • Automation & Orchestration: Python (API automation, scripting), Ansible, Terraform, orchestration tools (Itential, StackStorm, AWX)
  • Integration & APIs: REST/GraphQL, OpenAPI, OpenTelemetry, Streaming Telemetry, secrets management (Vault/CyberArk), IPAM (Infoblox/NetBox), artifact repositories

Position Overview

As an Sr. Agentic Ops & Observability Consultant you will take a leadership role in delivering outcomes across a wide range of global clients. This will be accomplished by engaging with customer leadership to define priorities and outcomes for engagements, expanding the capabilities and offerings of the practice and delivering on consulting engagements in a leadership capacity. You'll develop strategies, design automation and observability architectures, and lead development efforts while utilizing your excellent communication skills to provide leadership and guidance to clients and engineers. Your consultative approach will help you evaluate client requirements, propose solutions, and achieve business objectives. You'll also mentor junior-level engineers and collaborate with sales account executives, technology partners, and client IT and business executives.

  • Own solution architecture from concept through implementation across automation, observability, and AI-enabled operations
