Job Description

As DI&A continues to expand its global footprint and capabilities, we are seeking an exceptional Administrative Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about enabling leaders, fostering collaboration, and driving organizational excellence.

The Sr. Administrative Associate for the Data Integration & Automation team will be supporting the Executive Directors and their teams.

Primary activities include and are not limited to the following:

  • Perform advanced secretarial/clerical/ administrative activities, with a history of high performance on behalf of the Executive Director of GCDI.

  • Produces/completes various work assignments requiring analytical ability, independent judgment, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

  • Maintaining headcount tracking, supporting the department in hire to retire contact and onboarding and exiting of employees and contractors.

  • Calendar scheduling/planning; coordinating and scheduling complex multi-leg and international travel arrangements.

  • Concur experience processing:  Expense Reports; Purchase Orders and Payment Requests.

  • Communication Skills must be at a level to effectively interact with our company executives and internal/external clients to maintain workflow.

  • Coordinates special projects, as assigned from time to time.

  • Demonstrated experience with processing of Visas/Passports

  • Experience with event planning and coordination.

  • Experience with financial and budget tasks.

Education:

  • Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Preferred:  Advanced education or certifications such as (e.g. Certified Administrative Professional, Project Management Professional Certification, Professional in Human Resources Certification).

Required:

  • Minimum of (8) years Administrative Assistant experience.

  • Minimum of (3) years Executive Administrative experience supporting senior executives (Sr. Director, Executive Director, AVP or above). 

  • Advanced computer skills using MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point etc.) and operation of other peripheral devices.

  • SAP experience processing:  Expense Reports; Purchase Orders and Payment Requests; Vendor Add Forms, as well as the capability to run reports within SAP.

  • Experience scheduling complex travel arrangements including multi-leg domestic and international travel.

  • Experience with financial and budget tasks.

  • Demonstrated experience with processing of Visas/Passports. 

  • Advanced secretarial/clerical abilities with a history of high performance.

  • Documented experience as a strong performer in current and past positions. 

  • Ability to handle and prioritize a large number of simultaneous assignments.

  • Extraordinary attention to detail.

  • Outstanding communication and people skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with event planning and coordination.

The salary range for this role is: 

$82,700 - $130,200

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.

The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
