How You'll Make a DifferenceAs a Senior Accountant, you'll play an important role in ensuring our financial reporting is accurate, timely, and complete. Your work will support month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and audits while partnering with leaders across the business to provide meaningful financial insights. You'll help maintain the strong financial foundation that supports our continued success.
What You'll Do- Lead key month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, general ledger maintenance, fixed asset accounting, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, investigate variances, and ensure accurate, timely completion of monthly and quarterly accounting deliverables.
- Support the annual budget process, periodic forecasting, and external audits while maintaining compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
- Partner with operations and corporate teams to answer accounting questions, resolve discrepancies, and support day-to-day financial activities.
What You'll Bring- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; CPA or CPA-eligible preferred.
- Experience with month-end close, general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and account reconciliations. Public accounting experience or progressive corporate accounting experience is welcomed.
- A continuous learning mindset with a desire to improve processes, increase efficiency, and support operational excellence.
- Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, experience with ERP systems, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
