Job Title: Sr. Accountant

Compensation: $80,000-$110,000

Job DescriptionResponsibilities:- Manage general ledger activities, including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee payroll and benefits accounting, ensuring accurate journal entries and account reconciliations
- Handle lease accounting in compliance with ASC 842/IFRS 16
- Track and manage capital projects, including capitalization and depreciation
- Support SOX compliance through documentation and internal control processes
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and analyze variances
- Maintain and validate financial data within consolidation systems
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Prepare journal entries and support audit and reporting requirements
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree required; CPA preferred
- 5+ years of general ledger and month-end close experience
- Experience with SAP and manufacturing accounting is a plus
- Strong Excel and accounting systems proficiency
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and ability to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
