  • Partner with cross-functional business and technical teams to support product implementation, analytical innovation, and process improvements.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline deployment workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve accuracy and efficiency.

  • Manage multiple short- and long-term priorities independently while keeping stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and next steps.

  • Support production implementation activities and ensure configuration solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

What You9ll Bring

  • Minimum of 5 years of analytical experience with a bachelors degree, 3 years with a masters degree, or 1 year with a PhD.

  • Strong SQL skills, including the ability to query, transform, validate, and manage data.

  • Experience working with databases, including cloud-based database environments.

  • Ability to analyze data using statistical, mathematical, or data mining methods.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience partnering with business and technical stakeholders to deliver solutions.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including lookup functions, pivot tables, charts, and graphing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the insurance industry, including exposure to rating products, pricing, product implementation, or state product rollouts.

  • Knowledge of insurance rating principles and product configuration processes.

  • Experience with SAS SQL.

  • Experience with R; Python experience is a plus.

  • Knowledge of claims, underwriting, marketing, or agent-related business processes.

  • Experience with process control, project management, or deployment governance.

  • Decision Making:Uses data, business requirements, and risk considerations to recommend practical and scalable implementation approaches.

  • Change Leadership:Embraces process improvement and helps teams adopt more consistent, efficient, and repeatable deployment practices.

  • Communication:Communicates technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement:Identifies opportunities to improve templates, standards, controls, and workflows that support product deployment.
