SQL Developer

We are seeking a talented SQL Developer to join our growing team. The SQL Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our SQL databases and data warehouses. This role will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of our data systems, which are essential to our operations and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain SQL databases and data warehouses

- Create and optimize SQL queries to extract data from various sources

- Develop and maintain ETL processes to ensure accurate and timely data flow

- Troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and develop solutions

- Monitor and maintain data integrity and security

- Develop and maintain documentation for database and ETL processes

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in database development and management

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field

- Strong understanding of SQL and database design principles

- Experience with ETL processes and tools

- Proficiency in data modeling and database performance tuning

- Familiarity with healthcare data and regulations (HIPAA, HITECH) is a plus

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
