- Hands-on experience writing complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, views, and data transformations.
- Experience building and maintaining ETL processes and working with large data sets.
- Strong proficiency in query optimization, indexing strategies, execution plan analysis, and performance troubleshooting.
- Experience with data modeling, data validation, data quality checks, and root cause analysis of data defects.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD concepts, or similar delivery management and source control tools.
- Exposure to application development technologies such as C#, APIs, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, or front-end frameworks is a plus.
- Strong accountability for delivering high-quality, accurate work on time.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines in a fast-paced delivery environment.
- Detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem-solving, documentation, and issue resolution.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
- Translate business, delivery, and client requirements into technical SQL solutions.
- Partner with Product Delivery, Client Services, Engineering, and Product teams to deliver client value.
- Own assigned workstreams, meet deadlines, communicate risks early, and deliver high-quality work with minimal oversight.
