What You'll Do- Engineer and maintain high-performance data pipelines and database solutions using SQL Server and Snowflake.
- Craft and optimize tables, views, stored procedures, and functions for both legacy and cloud-native environments.
- Build ELT/ETL workflows using modern tools like dbt, Airflow, and Azure-fueling analytics, application integration, and real-time business insights.
- Drive data quality through rigorous testing, monitoring, and validation protocols.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to turn complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Champion best practices for data engineering, documentation, CI/CD, and reusable design patterns.
- Enhance system integrations using REST APIs, structured data files, and third-party platforms.
What You'll Bring- 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, and optimizing database solutions with strong performance and scalability.
- Advanced skills in T-SQL, plus deep experience developing stored procedures and views in SQL Server.
- Solid understanding of relational database design, query optimization, and data modeling.
- Experience with Snowflake, dbt, Azure, Airflow, and real-time data stream design.
- Fluency in CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
- Bonus points for familiarity with SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, Power BI, Salesforce integrations, JSON, RESTful APIs, and enterprise platforms like NetSuite or IBM iSeries.
