BAE Systems is looking for a Wafer Foundry Production Supervisor for the Nashua, NH facility. As shift supervisor, you will manage the product flow, expedite priority lots, and optimize operations decisions around maintenance activities. You will lead a team of technicians, managing training, compliance, safety, and Tool/Technician utilization to achieve business objectives for quality, safety, delivery, and cost. You will also support continuous improvement efforts.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and coordination of WIP and staffing
- Supervise, lead, train, and develop technicians
- Collaborate with team members from other functional areas

Required Skills and EducationRequired Skills and Education- Education Level: Minimum associate degree in technical field
- Experience: 6+ years in semiconductor-related field, or 10+ years in other technical field
- Ability to work inside cleanroom environment in full cleanroom garments
- Experience in workforce development, including hiring, training, providing timely feedback, and conducting performance development reviews
- Managing multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coach and motivate team members
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills and EducationPreferred Skills and Education- Bachelor's degree in technical field or equivalent experience
- Experience in high complexity electronics manufacturing environment
- Familiar with manufacturing execution system (MES)
