About the role:

CLA is seeking a Director that will be responsible for leading specific initiatives that support the strategic goals of CLA and CAAS. This role will work with firm-wide senior leadership and CAAS leadership to develop and implement effective transformation strategies and prioritize centralization, standardization and automation to allow CAAS to grow and increase CLA's market share, improve client service delivery and satisfaction, and enhance the CLA family experience. You will also monitor and evaluate the outcomes of the transformation and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.

As a Director you will be responsible for:
  • Transformation: Utilizes knowledge of impeccable client service delivery gained through experiences to lead the development of standardized processes, process documentation, and training of transformation processes across the firm. Delivers training to practitioners and champions as needed. Develops implementation plans that encourage adoption of initiatives and foster change management.
  • Collaboration: Actively seeks out and includes SMEs and business stakeholders from across the Matrix and CLA family, including service and industry leadership as well as project leadership. Collaboration results in enforcement of existing process standards, identification of problematic areas and recommendation of solutions.
  • Project Leadership: Oversees and leads project management teams, assigning tasks to team members as needed. Leads annual transformation projects. Identifies and consults with subject matter experts (SMEs) for project initiatives. Owns and regularly assesses the adoption of CAAS Transformation, communicating changes and impact to senior leadership timely, manage their expectations and feedback.
  • Success Metrics: Leads measurement of key performance metrics (KPI's), reporting, and analysis. Coordinates with other areas of the firm to monitor success metrics as needed.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to come up with creative solutions to complex problems. Strong decision-making skills to navigate the challenges of the transformation.


What you will need:

  • Advanced technical knowledge of CLA processes is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree is required. Master's degree is preferred. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Degrees in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or related field preferred.
