Objective of Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Cribl Engineer to lead the design, automation, and governance of our enterprise observability pipelines within a highly regulated banking environment. You will be responsible for architecting and maintaining Cribl Stream in an on premises infrastructure, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient data movement across the organization. Youll also drive CI/CD automation for configuration management and collaborate closely with Splunk engineering teams to support critical monitoring and regulatory reporting needs.

Roles & Responsibilities
Architect, deploy, and maintain Cribl Stream pipelines across on premises banking infrastructure.
Develop routing, filtering, enrichment, and data reduction strategies aligned with data governance and retention policies.
Manage Worker Groups, scaling strategies, and high availability configurations to support mission critical workloads.
Build reusable packs, pipelines, and functions to standardize observability across business units.
Troubleshoot ingestion bottlenecks, latency issues, and data delivery failures with a focus on reliability and compliance.
CI/CD, Automation Governance
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Cribl configuration deployment using Git based workflows.
Implement automated testing, version control, and change management processes aligned with banking audit requirements.
Develop infrastructure as code patterns for observability components.
Partner with DevOps, security, and platform teams to integrate Cribl into enterprise automation frameworks.
Ensure all deployments meet internal controls, audit standards, and regulatory expectations.
Salary Range- $95,000-$120,000 a year
