ResponsibilitiesLocation: Wichita, KS (On-site)Position Responsibilities:- Implements fabrication, assembly, or installation manufacturing plans bycoordinating with suppliers, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
- Knowledge to develop tooling, interchangeability, replacement, andfunctional test plans.
- Using the established manufacturing process flow, defines sequences of events, develops text and graphics working structions, manufacturing data sets, tooling requirements, and manufacturing bills of material.
- Communicates with engineering teams to influence and clarify design concepts.
- Coordinates change incorporation, optimizes processes, addresses producibility issues, production & post-production problems.
- Has the ability to demonstrate configuration control of the hardware, within the manufacturing build plan.
- Abilityto apply process knowledge in one or more of the following areas; Composite non-metallic, Electrical/Electronics, Machining, Sheet metal, Systems and Structures.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):- 3+ years of related experience
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):- Mid-Level (Level 3): 6+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Active DoD Security Clearance
- Technical Degree
- Clarification and enhancement of existing build plans to promote standardization and ease of understanding
- Frequent interaction with internal personnel in the manufacturing environment and occasionally with inter-organizational personnel and external customers
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and 3D models
- Creation and publication of manufacturing graphics
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially with Excel
- Strong knowledge of SAP
- CATIA / ENOVIA
- 3DX
- Understanding of the master scheduling requirements
- Ability to take a project from start to finish
- Willingness to work cross-functionally
- Ability to apply process knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Composite non-metallic, Electrical/Electronics, Machining, Sheet metal, Systems and Structures

Summary Pay Range - Associate (Level 2): $59,950 - $91,950
Summary Pay Range - Mid-level (Level 3): $71,650 - $109,800
