The Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) will be responsible for providing therapy services to students, conducting screeners, monitoring progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (therapists, educators, parents). Primary Responsibilities- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Collaborate regularly with the supervising SLP to support student treatment plans, therapy implementation, and service delivery.
- Participate in treatment planning and preparation to help ensure effective, individualized therapy sessions.
- Consult with educators and school staff to reinforce communication goals across classroom settings.
- Maintain accurate service documentation and assist with administrative responsibilities in accordance with district and state guidelines.

Compensation- Competitive hourly pay of $40-$45+ per hour, based on experience
- Approximately $1,500-$1,687+ per week, depending on schedule and placement
RequirementsQualifications- Valid SLPA Certification from an ASHA approved institution
- State License as Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant, where required
- Department of Education Licensure as a SLPA, where required
- Experience working with children
- Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
- Organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in use of technology

- Ability to collaborate with school staff and parents with a demonstrated ability to exercise a high level of tact and discretion in both internal and external communications
Physical RequirementsWorking and playing with students requires that employees must be able to perform the necessary physical movement functions, as needed, such as lifting, sitting, walking, standing, crawling, and engaging with students in all physical locations and activities,
