Requirements- A graduate of an accredited program in Speech Language Therapy and are a member in good standing of the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario
- Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs is preferred
- Reliable, flexible, creative, self-directed professional, able to work effectively and collaboratively with rehab assistants as well as with a high-performance interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
- Sound knowledge of community resources is an asset
- Effective interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- A positive work and attendance record is essential
- Ability to adapt to new computer applications
- This role follows a hybrid work approach where you are able to work remotely and with the clients in their acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation setting
AI and compensation details:We use AI to take notes during our interview. All applications and interviews are reviewed by our Talent Acquisition team. This role is a new addition. The hiring pay range is $66.00-$76.00 PPV, based on experience.
