Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - School-Based (In-Person)
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $45.00 - $48.00 per hour
Location: Katy, TX
Onsite - In Person Only

Position Summary
RCM Health Care Services is seeking Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide in-person, school-based speech services to students in the Katy, TX area for the 2026-2027 school year. In this role, you will assess, evaluate, and treat communication disorders while collaborating with educators and families to support student success within the educational setting.

Responsibilities
Schedule / Shift

  • School-year schedule aligned with academic calendar (2026-2027)
  • Full-time and part-time opportunities available
  • In-person services only

Key Duties:

  • Provide speech, language, and hearing services to students in accordance with IEPs
  • Conduct evaluations and determine eligibility for speech-language services
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Participate in ARD/IEP meetings to support placement and goal development
  • Collaborate with teachers to implement classroom strategies that enhance communication skills
  • Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports in compliance with federal and state regulations


Requirements
Education

  • Required: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Licenses & Certifications

  • Required: Valid Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license (SBESLPA)

Skills:

  • Knowledge of evaluation and treatment of communication disorders
  • Ability to administer and interpret speech-language assessments
