Job Description Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - School-Based (In-Person) Compensation: Hourly Rate: $45.00 - $48.00 per hour

Position Summary RCM Health Care Services is seeking Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide in-person, school-based speech services to students in the Katy, TX area for the 2026-2027 school year. In this role, you will assess, evaluate, and treat communication disorders while collaborating with educators and families to support student success within the educational setting.
Responsibilities Schedule / Shift - School-year schedule aligned with academic calendar (2026-2027)
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- In-person services only
Key Duties: - Provide speech, language, and hearing services to students in accordance with IEPs
- Conduct evaluations and determine eligibility for speech-language services
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Participate in ARD/IEP meetings to support placement and goal development
- Collaborate with teachers to implement classroom strategies that enhance communication skills
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports in compliance with federal and state regulations
Requirements Education - Required: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Licenses & Certifications - Required: Valid Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license (SBESLPA)
Skills: - Knowledge of evaluation and treatment of communication disorders
- Ability to administer and interpret speech-language assessments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with school staff and families
- Strong organizational and caseload management skills
