InHome Therapy is hiring a licensed Speech Therapist (SLP) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Round Rock, TX. You will spend your days helping patients stay connected, communicate clearly, and safely participate in everyday life. Key Responsibilities- Deliver in-home speech therapy services
- Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop treatment goals
- Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic programs for adult and geriatric patients
- Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation

Compensation This position is paid on a per-visit basis. The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $80-$90 per visit. Other visit types are compensated at different rates. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
Requirements- Active CCC SLP license
- BLS CPR certification
- Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
- Comfort with basic tech; email, texting, tablets, EMR systems (training provided)
