Location: Twin Cities Metro Area

Schedule: Full-Time

Compensation: $95,000-$109,000 annually

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing disorders in patients' homes.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's goals and daily routines.
  • Educate patients and caregivers to promote carryover and long-term success.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, social workers, and the interdisciplinary care team.
  • Monitor progress, modify treatment plans, and document clinical outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
  • Strong clinical judgment and evidence-based practice skills.
  • Passion for helping patients improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function.
  • Home health experience is welcomed but not required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
