Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Early Intervention | In-home services for ages 0-3

York, PA and surrounding areas | Full-Time/Part-Time/PRN

W-2 Position | $75/hr (Negotiable) | Great Benefits!

HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)to join our fun and growing Early Intervention team in York, PA!

  • Flexible Scheduling Options: Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN opportunities available. You can start slow and build up to Full-Time or work as as little as 2 hours/week with our PRN options! Hybrid options available!
  • Flexible Hourly Compensation:Standard rates of $75/hour! Higher hourly rates for anyone open to traveling across county lines!
  • Flexible Service Areas: We work hard to keep visits within a 30-minute drive from the therapist's home! We have options in York/Adams County, PA areas as well as the opportunity to pick up more cases in Franklin County should you be interested!

  • Flexible Session Scheduling: You create your own schedule based on you and your client's availability! Sessions are roughly 1-hour long including therapy time + documentation time on your company provided laptop!

Responsibilities
  • Provide Speech sessions through the use of current best practices based on services defined in the childs Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).
  • Work with families/caregivers in the childs natural environment and throughout the community while supporting the families daily routines.
  • Collaborate with other professionals that support the child/family to aid in the achievement of outlined goals.
  • Maintain all documentation of service delivery required by the program. This includes session noted, quarterly progress summaries, and annual IFSP input.
Qualifications
  • Education: Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligible
  • Certification: Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC-SLP).
  • Skills: Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, relevant software, and electronic health record systems, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
