Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time or Part-TimeSpring Lake, NC | Outpatient Pediatrics | Monday–FridayStarting at $40/hour

 

HealthPRO Pediatrics is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for our outpatient pediatric clinic in Spring Lake, NC. We have full-time and part-time opportunities available for clinicians who are passionate about supporting children and families in a collaborative, child-centered setting.

 

Responsibilities
  • Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using standardized tests and clinical observations. Develop accurate diagnoses based on assessment results.
  • Treatment and Education: Implement evidence-based therapies for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders; monitor and adjust treatment plans; educate and support patients and families on disorders, treatment strategies, and daily communication improvement.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Collaboration: Work with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.
