Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our client's team in

Key ResponsibilitiesAssessment & Diagnosis- Evaluate speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in children.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to inform individualized treatment planning.
Treatment Planning & Delivery- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans using evidence-based techniques.
- Utilize a naturalistic, play-based approach to engage children in meaningful learning experiences.
Family & Caregiver Collaboration- Educate and coach families to support carryover and communication success at home and in the community.
- Maintain open communication with parents, caregivers, and other team members regarding progress.
Team Collaboration- Partner with a multidisciplinary team (BCBAs, OTs, psychologists, and educators) to ensure integrated, holistic care.
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development initiatives.
Documentation & Compliance- Complete assessments, progress notes, and reports accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain compliance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications- Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Current and valid SLP license through the Arizona Department of Health Services (or eligibility in {State}).
- Experience: Prior experience working with children in clinical, educational, or therapeutic settings preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities.
- Certifications:
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check and obtain a DPS Class One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, sitting on the floor) for extended periods; must move quickly to ensure client safety.
Compensation $90,000.00-$100,000
