Compensation & Benefits- Total Compensation Package: Valued between $94,900-$103,000.
- Annual Salary: $77,400-$83,000, based on experience and qualifications.

About the RoleEyas Landing - Avondale offers a unique opportunity to provide speech therapy through our Merlin Day Academy, a fully integrated educational and therapeutic environment for children ages 6-14 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs.
As a
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Department Lead / Supervisor at Eyas Landing - Avondale, you will foster each child's speech, receptive and expressive language, feeding and swallowing needs.
Responsibilities:
- Providing individualized therapy and therapeutic rotations.
- Implementing therapeutic approaches such as Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding, Get Permission Approach, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), and Intentional Relationship Model (IRM).
- Collaborating daily with occupational and physical therapists, and social workers.
- Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care.
- Providing mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to Speech Therapists to ensure consistency in care delivery and growth.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Required credentials to practice speech language pathology.
- Experience working with children and/or clients with special needs preferred.
- Competencies: bold contributor, holding other accountable, dealing with ambiguity, and developing employees.
