Full Job Description
Your Role: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP):

Reporting directly to the Clinical Director, the SLP evaluates, develops, and oversees individualized speech and language treatment plans. You'll work collaboratively with BCBAs and clinical team members while providing high-quality, data-driven therapy to support communication, social language, and functional skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations and reassessments • Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment plans • Provide direct therapy targeting speech, language, and social communication goals • Collaborate with and train parents/caregivers to support treatment goals • Partner with BCBAs and clinical staff to ensure cohesive, interdisciplinary care • Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting in the electronic health record system • Participate in team meetings, mentorship opportunities, and professional development

Qualifications:

Required: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders; active state SLP licensure and ASHA CCC-SLP (or Clinical Fellowship eligibility); strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred: Experience working with children with ASD; familiarity with ABA-based or interdisciplinary treatment environments; experience providing parent coaching and caregiver education.

Compensation: $75,000-100,00 annually (DOE)
