Our All Star Physical Therapy location in La Quinta, CA is looking for a driven and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our close-knit, outpatient orthopedic team. We are in the process of opening a new location dedicated just to Speech Therapy and want you to Lead it. We pride ourselves on our family-like culture and loyal patient following, and we27re seeking someone who shares our strong work ethic and passion for excellent care. In this role, we are looking for someone who can utilize theirvaluable experience evaluating and treating communication and swallowing disorders for patients in an outpatient setting. Respotionsibilities include conducting assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, delivering evidence based therapy, documenting progress and interdisciplinary team members to support outcomes. Responsibilities

• Conductadult and pediatric evaluations according to patient disorder(s)todetermineappropriatespeech, language, cognitive, voiceor swallowing diagnosis.
• Develop functional care plans, long and short-term goals for each patient according to their respective disordersand deficits.
• Providetreatment for both adult and pediatric populations according to their respectiveplan of care.
• Supervise and co-sign for SLPAs
• If qualified, supervise student interns

Qualifications

• MastersDegree in Speech Language Pathology from anASHAaccreditedUniversity.
• ASHA Certification
• Licensure from the California Board of Speech Language Pathology
• Evidence of ongoing clinical education

About

Compensation: $50- $65/hour + productivity bonus, paid continued education and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
