Position Overview:
Join a patient-centered team dedicated to improving hearing, balance, and overall quality of life. As an Audiologist, you will independently evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across the lifespan with hearing, balance, and related auditory disorders. Using advanced diagnostic and rehabilitative techniques, you will develop individualized treatment plans and provide comprehensive care that supports optimal patient outcomes.

This role requires building strong relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams through compassionate care, clinical expertise, and effective communication. The Audiologist closely monitors patient progress, provides education and counseling, and recommends appropriate hearing technologies and treatment interventions.

In addition to direct patient care, the Audiologist may assist with the clinical supervision and mentorship of audiology assistants and support staff, while serving as a clinical instructor for students and fostering professional development within the department. Adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as organizational policies and procedures, is essential to ensuring patient safety, privacy, and the highest standards of care.

EDUCATION:

Master's: Graduate of an accredited speech pathology program

CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:

SP-Licensed Speech Pathologist

BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

5 years recent relevant experience

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Critical thinking, complex problems solving, decisive judgement and ability to work independently.

Knowledge and application of professional practice and regulatory requirements.

Ability to work in demanding work environment, organize multiple priorities completing work duties within expected timelines and requirement.

Computer and required technology proficiency/competencies.

Demonstrates effective and efficient professional communication (verbal & written) skills as well as interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, teamwork/collaboration, customer service and community relations abilities.

Able to retain and apply new knowledge & skills.

Keeps abreast of professional practice development and advancement.

Pay Range is $135,220.80 to $189,300.80 / annual salary

The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
