Responsibilities

  • Provide speech-language therapy services for students in an Early Childhood school setting
  • Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
  • Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized therapy plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Support students with articulation, language, fluency, feeding, and early communication skills
  • Partner with teachers and families to promote carryover of skills across environments
  • Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

About the Role

Hello, SLPs! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a school-based position in Greeley, CO. In this role, you'll support young learners in an Early Childhood setting by providing speech and language services that help build the communication skills needed for lifelong learning. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs), with strong mentorship and ongoing support provided.

What You'll Do
  • Provide speech-language therapy services for students in an Early Childhood school setting
  • Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
  • Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized therapy plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

  • Partner with teachers and families to promote carryover of skills across environments

What We're Looking For
