About the Role
The Speech Language Pathologist evaluates, designs, and implements specialized instruction tailored to students with communication disorders.
This role works closely with teachers, counselors, families, and other professionals to support students' communication and language development.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), providing a continuum of services based on student needs,
participating in multidisciplinary teams, and offering consultation and training to staff and families.

Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a licensed, highly motivated Speech Language Pathologist passionate about supporting student growth.
Candidates must hold an Oregon Board of Examiners Speech Pathology License or an Oregon Teaching License with a Speech Impairment Endorsement.

The ideal candidate is organized, manages time effectively, and communicates clearly with staff, students, and families.
Strong ethical standards, confidentiality, and the ability to travel between sites are essential.

Position Title: Speech Language Pathologist
Placement: District Wide - Placement to be determined
Supervisor: Director of Teaching and Learning & Special Education
Contract Days: 193/194 days per year / 8 hours per day
Salary Range: $62,967 - $103,972 per year (depending upon verified experience and graduate level credits).
Salary listed indicates current 2023-2026 Collective Bargaining Agreement - subject to change
Position will begin in August 2026, with screening to begin immediately.
