Job Description:Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) - School-Based | [redacted] SY | Up to $45/hour | Full TimeLocation: Lakewood, WA
Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person, W-2 Employee
Responsibilities:- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students
- Support implementation of IEPs and complete documentation
- Collaborate with supervising SLPs and the school special education team
- Deliver services in compliance with district and state guidelines
Requirements:- Active Washington State DOH SLPA license (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Completion of 100 clinical hours
- Completion of an SLPA program or a Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Must complete fingerprinting/background check prior to start
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred but not required
