Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments.
  • Establish treatment goals and implement appropriate Speech Pathology treatment programs.
  • Provide rehabilitative services under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated care team.
  • Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate patient care plans.
  • Deliver one-on-one treatment sessions with a functional approach for individualized patient care.

Full Job Description
  • Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication/ cognitive impairments, utilizing a variety of evidenced based therapeutic techniques
  • Establish treatment goals, as well as develop and implement appropriate Speech Pathology treatment programs based upon a full clinical evaluation
  • Provide rehabilitative services to patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
  • Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate the plan of care for patients
  • Treat residents one on one so each patient gets individualized attention through private treatment sessions with a functional based treatment approach

Position requirements:

Pay RangeUSD $39.00 - USD $47.00 /Hr.
