Pay Range:$55-70/hour
Job Description:Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the rest of the [redacted] school year in
Spanaway, Washington. We're a therapist-operated company that puts clinicians and students first. This is an in-person position in a school setting, and we welcome both Clinical Fellows (CFs) and experienced SLPs to apply. New to schools? No problem - we provide mentorship and support!
Job Highlights:- Location: Spanaway, WA
- Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - elementary
- Schedule: Full Time 1.0 FTE available as well as part-time positions
- Start Date: August 2026 for the entire school year
- In-person or hybrid
Responsibilities:- Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting
- Conduct evaluations and write reports
- Develop and implement IEP goals
- Collaborate with special education teams, educators, and families
- Complete documentation and progress monitoring in a timely manner
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:- Valid Washington State SLP license (or ability to obtain quickly)
- Washington ESA Certification required (or willingness to acquire)
