Summary:
The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating disorders related to speech, language, voice, fluency, cognitive-communication, and swallowing. This role develops and implements individualized treatment plans, monitors patient progress, and modifies interventions to achieve optimal functional outcomes. The SLP collaborates with patients, families, interdisciplinary team members, and other healthcare professionals to support communication, cognition, and safe swallowing across the continuum of care. The Speech-Language Pathologist maintains accurate and timely documentation, provides education to patients and caregivers, and delivers services in accordance with applicable professional, ethical, regulatory, and organizational standards.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: Master's Degree in Speech Pathology required.
- License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) temporary/permanent license as a Speech-Language Pathologist required or in compliance with the state practice act. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. Certification in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association preferred.

The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package.
The pay range for this position is $37.09 to $50.17 per hour.
Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
