Specialty Program Manager to join our team in McKinney, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
Seeking an experienced
Specialty Program Manager to lead and coordinate the replacement of the XICS platform within a highly regulated environment. This role will be responsible for driving program governance, stakeholder alignment, execution excellence, risk management, and organizational readiness across business and technology teams. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of managing complex enterprise transformations, establishing delivery structure, and navigating cross-functional dependencies in regulated industries
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end program delivery for the XICS platform replacement initiative.
- Establish governance, reporting, risk management, and executive communication frameworks to ensure successful execution.
- Partner across business, operations, technology, infrastructure, compliance, and vendor teams to align priorities and drive outcomes.
- Manage program scope, dependencies, timelines, and issue resolution across multiple workstreams.
- Support business process transformation, operational readiness, testing, cutover planning, and change management activities.
- Develop executive dashboards and status reporting to provide visibility into program health, risks, and milestones.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, security, and operational requirements throughout the program lifecycle.
Required Qualifications- 10+ years of program and project management experience leading large-scale business and technology initiatives.
- Experience working in highly regulated industries such as Insurance, Healthcare, Financial Services, or similar environments.
- Proven ability to lead enterprise transformations involving system modernization, platform replacement, or complex operational change.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating with executive leadership, business teams, IT organizations, and third-party vendors.
- Experience establishing PMO governance, delivery frameworks, KPI reporting, and accountability models.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is $136,275.00 to $227,125.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
