Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the execution of store projects from development to implementation.
  • Provide qualitative and quantitative analytics to Specialty Operations Consultants and Managers for assessing ROI and cost savings.
  • Interpret reporting data to develop actionable performance recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Deliver real-time information and guidance to stores on daily procedural inquiries.
  • Assist in developing process improvement solutions based on feedback from the field.
  • Leverage customer-facing technology to boost productivity and efficiency.
  • Document policies, procedures, and processes associated with new store initiatives.

Your Impact

The primary purpose of this role is to assess, support/design, implement, and roll out store initiatives that support store teams with driving business results. This role will accomplish this through the development and implementation of projects, best practices, and process improvements. This role supports the day to day store operations, including sales, service, technology, Omni-channel, and store communications.

What You Will Do
  • Collaborates cross functionally to effectively deliver projects, best practices, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinates and manages timely execution of projects across stores, from development to implementation.
  • Provides Specialty Operations Consultants and Managers qualitative and quantitative analytics prior to development and after implementation identifying ROI, current/future state, and cost savings.
  • Interprets reporting and develops actionable performance recommendations that are distributed to the key stakeholders.
  • Provides real-time information and guidance to stores requiring assistance with day-to-day procedural questions.
  • Assists Specialty Operations Consultants and Managers with development of process improvement solutions based on field feedback.
  • Leverages customer facing technology to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Executes the process of documenting policies, procedures, and processes for new store initiatives.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree Business, Management, Operations, or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
  • 2 Years Related Industry Experience (Installation, Repair or US Home Improvement)
  • 2 Years Experience in data analytics, performance reporting


Preferred Skills/Education
  • 2 Years Demonstrated project management experience, such as Gantt Chart design and development
  • 1 Year Advanced skill in Microsoft SharePoint, such as ability to create list and custom workflows
