The Team:
The Solutions Operations division is seeking a professional with strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills to join our Global Special Services Team.
S&P's WSO (Wall Street Office) platform provides real-time access to portfolio and reporting insights for active asset management, deal administration, trading activities, cash and position transparency, and accurate P&L reporting. Supported by the WSO Administrator and WSO Agent product suites, WSO enables firms to manage complex alternative asset operations through a scalable solution that improves efficiency and reduces risk. Solutions are available as either hosted software or a fully outsourced managed service.
Responsibilities and Impact:
The Director will lead a dynamic team responsible for client-facing operations, data research, and processing functions within the Specialized Account Services Team, which primarily supports WSO users and their loan processing needs.
In this role, you will gain exposure to the syndicated loan market and broader financial services industry while interacting daily with clients across varying levels of seniority. This is an excellent opportunity to deepen your knowledge of finance, banking, syndicated loans, and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technology.
As a Director, you will support clients and internal stakeholders by coordinating workflows and driving timely issue resolution across teams. Key responsibilities include data reconciliation and validation of trades and positions to maintain syndicated facility data integrity, including:
• Reviewing and maintaining asset and contract data
• Supporting new deal creation and ensuring data accuracy
• Processing amendments and investigating discrepancies
• Monitoring and resolving exceptions
• Performing additional syndicated loan maintenance activities
• Maintaining strict adherence to processing deadlines, quality-controlled operational procedures, and LSTA, LMA, Private Deal, and Middle Market standards
You will proactively identify and address internal and external processing and system-related issues, working closely with internal partners and leadership to develop resolution plans and manage escalations when necessary.
The role also involves leading research initiatives and projects focused on cross-product integrations and workflow enhancements that support client business requirements and strategic growth. Responsibilities include direct client engagement, project management, and presentation coordination.
As a subject matter expert for Solutions products and services, you will participate in internal and external client meetings to assess business needs, recommend operational workflows, and advise on product usage. You may also contribute to the development of presentation materials.
Strong communication and listening skills are essential. You will be expected to gather and communicate user feedback effectively while partnering with leaders, peers, product teams, sales teams, and relationship managers to support client needs and drive continuous improvement across products and services.
Additional responsibilities include:
• Assisting team members with project management, data validation, and deliverables
• Cross-training with neighboring divisions to support a flexible workforce capable of addressing shared client needs and operational challenges
Compensation/Benefits Information
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is up to $155,000. Final base salary will be based on the individual's geographic location, experience level, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred
• 16+ years of professional experience, including 8-10 years in the syndicated loan industry preferred
• Candidates with strong interest in client management or operations may also be considered
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau
